Derrick Henry and the Baltimore Ravens secured their fourth-straight win on Saturday evening, defeating the Cleveland Browns 35-10 on their home turf.

Henry has had one of the best seasons of his career in his first year with the Baltimore Ravens. However, in his nine-year NFL career, the former Tennessee Titans running back had only one season (2020) with 1,800+ rushing yards and 15+ rushing touchdowns.

Coming into the game against the Browns, Henry had recorded 1,783 rushing yards and 14 rushing touchdowns.

To start the third quarter, Henry pulled off a 25-yard run, surpassing the 1,800-yard mark for the season. And, in the fourth and final quarter against Cleveland, the former Alabama star bruised his way into the endzone for his 15th touchdown of the season.

In doing so, Henry became the only player in NFL history to record multiple seasons with 1,800+ rushing yards and 15+ scores on the ground.

The NFL announced the news via a post on X.

“Derrick Henry first player in NFL HISTORY with multiple seasons of 1,800+ rush yards and 15+ rush TD.”

This wasn’t the only record Henry broke against Cleveland. His touchdown also broke Jamal Lewis’ (14) record for most rushing scores in franchise history.

Henry also ran in the end zone for a second time on a 43-yard play in the final few minutes, which marked his 27th career game with 2+ rushing touchdowns. This tied former Browns running back Jim Brown for the fourth-most such games in league history.

With the win, the Ravens have clinched the No. 3 seed in the AFC and the division title. They will have to wait until Sunday to find out who they play in the Wild Card round of the NFL playoffs.
