Clemson Tigers Unveil 2025 Football Schedule
Clemson will kick off the 2025 season with a nationally televised game as the Tigers host LSU for an exciting matchup at Memorial Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 30.

On Monday evening, the Atlantic Coast Conference revealed its 2025 football schedule, including Clemson’s complete regular season lineup, which will be broadcast on ACC Network and ESPN2. The Tigers will begin the season in the national spotlight, welcoming LSU to Memorial Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 30.
Clemson’s 2025 schedule will again feature a full seven-game home slate in Death Valley, complemented by four road games against ACC teams and a road game against South Carolina in the regular season finale.

The team will host its annual Spring Game at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 5. Additionally, Clemson will hold an equipment surplus sale from 8 a.m. to kickoff at Burton Gallery in Littlejohn Coliseum on the same day.
Game-by-Game Breakdown
AUG. 30 • VS. LSU • MEMORIAL STADIUM, CLEMSON, S.C.
In their first regular-season matchup, Clemson will face LSU on Saturday, Aug. 30. This marks the first time the Tigers and Bayou Bengals will meet during the regular season, following four previous postseason games. Clemson holds a 12-5 record against SEC teams in regular-season play during the College Football Playoff era. This season opener will also be the first time since 2019 that Clemson begins a season at home, as the Tigers have opened the past five seasons on the road or at neutral sites.
SEPT. 6 • VS. TROY • MEMORIAL STADIUM, CLEMSON, S.C.
Clemson’s second game of the season will be at home against the Troy Trojans on Saturday, Sept. 6. Under Dabo Swinney, Clemson has a strong record of 41-5 in non-conference home games, including a 31-2 record in its last 33 such games at Death Valley. The Tigers previously defeated Troy 43-19 in 2011 and 30-24 in 2016.
SEPT. 13 • AT GEORGIA TECH • BOBBY DODD STADIUM, ATLANTA, GA.
Clemson begins ACC play on Saturday, Sept. 13, when they take on Georgia Tech in Atlanta. The two teams didn’t face off in 2024, the first time since 1982. Clemson’s last road game at Georgia Tech was at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in 2022, but this season’s game will be the Tigers’ first visit to Bobby Dodd Stadium since 2020, when they won 73-7, the largest margin of victory in an ACC game.
SEPT. 20 • VS. SYRACUSE • MEMORIAL STADIUM, CLEMSON, S.C.
After two non-conference games, Clemson will host Syracuse on Saturday, Sept. 20, in their first ACC game of the season at Memorial Stadium. The Tigers have a 10-2 record all-time against the Orange, with a perfect 5-0 record at home. Syracuse’s most recent visit to Memorial Stadium was in 2022, when Clemson won 27-21 after a dramatic comeback led by then-freshman quarterback Cade Klubnik.
OCT. 4 • AT NORTH CAROLINA • KENAN MEMORIAL STADIUM, CHAPEL HILL, N.C.
Following a bye week, Clemson will travel to Chapel Hill on Saturday, Oct. 4, to face North Carolina. This matchup features two of the most successful coaching figures in the last two decades: Dabo Swinney of Clemson and Bill Belichick of North Carolina. Clemson is on a six-game winning streak in this series and can match their longest winning streak in the matchup with a seventh consecutive victory.
OCT. 11 • AT BOSTON COLLEGE • ALUMNI STADIUM, CHESTNUT HILL, MASS.
On Saturday, Oct. 11, Clemson will face Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Mass. The Tigers have a 12-game winning streak against the Eagles, including a perfect 5-0 record in Boston since 2011. This game will also mark Clemson’s first meeting with Boston College’s current head coach, Bill O’Brien.
OCT. 18 • VS. SMU • MEMORIAL STADIUM, CLEMSON, S.C.
Clemson’s lone home game in October will take place on Saturday, Oct. 18, when the Tigers host SMU at Memorial Stadium. This game will be a rematch of the dramatic 2024 ACC Championship Game, which saw Clemson win 22nd ACC title on a last-second 56-yard field goal by Nolan Hauser.
NOV. 1 • VS. DUKE • MEMORIAL STADIUM, CLEMSON, S.C.
After another bye week, Clemson will face Duke on Saturday, Nov. 1, in their first November home game. Clemson leads the all-time series 37-17, with a 20-4-1 record at Memorial Stadium. The last time Clemson hosted the Blue Devils was in 2018, when they won 35-6 during their national championship season.
NOV. 8 • VS. FLORIDA STATE • MEMORIAL STADIUM, CLEMSON, S.C.
On Saturday, Nov. 8, Clemson will meet Florida State at home. The Tigers have dominated the series in recent years, winning eight of the last nine contests. Clemson has won four consecutive games in Tallahassee and holds a 4-1 record in Death Valley against the Seminoles.
NOV. 14 (FRI.) • AT LOUISVILLE • L&N STADIUM, LOUISVILLE, KY.
On Friday, Nov. 14, Clemson will travel to Louisville for a conference matchup. The Cardinals earned their first-ever win against the Tigers last season, but Clemson remains undefeated in road games at Louisville, holding a 4-0 record there.
NOV. 22 • VS. FURMAN • MEMORIAL STADIUM, CLEMSON, S.C.
On Saturday, Nov. 22, Clemson will host in-state FCS team Furman at Memorial Stadium. Clemson has a perfect 39-0 record against FCS opponents since the Division I split in 1978, with 38 of those victories coming by double digits.
NOV. 29 • AT SOUTH CAROLINA • WILLIAMS-BRICE STADIUM, COLUMBIA, S.C.
The season will conclude with the annual rivalry game against South Carolina on Saturday, Nov. 29, at Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia. Clemson has won its last five road games at South Carolina, and a victory would extend the Tigers’ road win streak against the Gamecocks to six, their longest streak since winning six straight games in Columbia between 1989-99.
