Mary Fowler Reveals Dream Life with Nathan Cleary: Kids, Farm Life & Muddy Adventures
Matildas star Mary Fowler has opened up about her vision for the future, and it’s one filled with love, laughter, and plenty of little feet. Despite currently being sidelined by injury, the Australian football sensation has her heart set on life beyond the pitch — one centered around family, nature, and simplicity. In a recent reveal, Fowler shared that her ultimate dream is to be a mum to a large brood of children, raising them in a countryside setting surrounded by animals and open space.
“I just want a big family, lots of kids running around, playing outside, getting muddy, helping in the garden, and feeding the animals,” she said. It’s a wholesome, down-to-earth lifestyle she pictures — far removed from the spotlight of elite sport.
However, she admitted that part of the dream might still need a little negotiating. Her boyfriend, NRL star Nathan Cleary, is yet to be fully convinced that the farm-and-family life is the way to go. “I’m still trying to convince him it’s a good idea,” she laughed.
While both athletes continue to shine in their respective sports, it’s clear Fowler already has her sights set on building a joyful and grounded life off the field.
