Angel Reese Dominates Preseason Debut, Sets Sights on Star-Studded Met Gala After Historic LSU Return
Just moments after leading the Chicago Sky to a dominant 89-62 victory over the Brazil National Team in their first preseason game, star forward Angel Reese was already looking ahead to her next big event off the court. In a game held at Pete Maravich Assembly Center on LSU’s campus—where Reese had previously achieved NCAA championship glory with the Tigers—she showcased her exceptional skills with a stellar performance. In just 17 minutes of play, Reese posted a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds, earning Player of the Game honors.
Reese wasn’t the only standout for the Sky, as her former LSU teammate Hailey Van Lith also made a solid impact. Van Lith contributed 7 points, 3 rebounds, and 5 assists in 13 minutes, proving to be a valuable asset to the team.
