Warriors Face Uphill Battle: Four-Game Losing Streak, Draymond’s Injury Woes, and a Tough Test Against Jokic in Denver

The Golden State Warriors will attempt to snap a four-game losing streak on Tuesday night when they take on the Denver Nuggets at Ball Arena. However, the task won’t be easy. Denver has traditionally been dominant at home, even during seasons when their overall record is less impressive, as is the case this year.

Golden State’s struggles extend beyond their recent losses. Injuries have significantly impacted their roster. The team is already without starting shooting guard De’Anthony Melton for the remainder of the season. To make matters worse, Steph Curry missed last week’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder, and now Draymond Green’s availability for Tuesday is uncertain.

Even if Green plays, December presents a brutal stretch for the Warriors. Following their game against Denver, Golden State is set to face tough opponents, including the Houston Rockets, Minnesota Timberwolves (three times), Memphis Grizzlies, Indiana Pacers, Los Angeles Lakers, LA Clippers, Phoenix Suns, and Cleveland Cavaliers. With mounting injuries and a demanding schedule, the Warriors’ resilience will be tested. Tuesday’s game could set the tone for the rest of the month.
