The tech giant will begin providing NBA coverage next season, and Griffin will deliver his insights alongside Dallas Mavericks legend Dirk Nowitzki and current TNT reporter Taylor Rooks. The move comes as Griffin transitions from being a star on the court to a trusted voice in the broadcast booth.
Griffin, a six-time NBA All-Star, played for the LA Clippers, Detroit Pistons, Brooklyn Nets, and Boston Celtics before calling it a career. Known for his explosive athleticism and basketball IQ, his commentary is expected to bring unique perspectives to fans.
Beyond television, Griffin has also partnered with Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young to launch a grassroots basketball initiative called Legynds Basketball Club. Both Griffin and Young, who share roots as former Oklahoma Sooners, aim to inspire young athletes with their vision.
