Instead of merely following the lead of senior players, Kolinisau wants them to take initiative and voice their thoughts when necessary. “They’re coming out of their shells and conversing a lot in the games. That’s something I want new players to do—not to hide in their shell and think, ‘Oh, I’m new, I should just follow.’ No, if you’re playing and the senior player is not doing it right, you tell him, ‘Hey, you’re not doing it correctly,’” he emphasized.
