Walker brings a wealth of experience in elite rugby, having held pivotal coaching roles with USA Rugby Women’s 7s, Japan Women’s 7s, and Auckland Storm. His ability to establish high-performance standards and foster long-term sustainability in rugby programs has earned him a strong reputation in the sport.
One of Walker’s most notable achievements was leading the Seattle Seawolves to a Major League Rugby Championship, showcasing his expertise in building a winning culture. Additionally, his experience on the international stage includes guiding the USA Women’s 7s team through the Rio Olympic Games and the 7s World Cup in San Francisco, where his teams performed beyond expectations.
