The crash occurred just seconds after the race began, narrowly missing any serious injuries, but it left the track in chaos. This incident took place hours before the main Formula 1 race, casting a shadow over the junior event.
Monaco is notorious for being one of the most challenging circuits, especially when it comes to overtaking, and the action unfolded at the very first turn. Pole sitter Alex Dunne had a poor start, allowing second-place Victor Martins to overtake on the outside. However, Dunne made contact with Martins, spinning him out and triggering a chain reaction. With no room to maneuver, other drivers were caught up, including Dunne’s Rodin Motorsport teammate, who collided with him.
